How long does Uklenscare.com take to dispatch my contact lenses?

The product pages display the typical dispatch times for each product. As Uklenscare.com does not partially ship orders the time required to dispatch your order will be based on the product in your order with the longest dispatch time.

Due to stock replenishment cycles, dispatch may very occasionally take longer than stated on the product pages. Please Email on  customercare@uklenscare.com if you are worried that dispatch of your order is taking longer than normal and we will work hard to ensure delivery as soon as possible.

What delivery methods are available at Uklenscare.com?

We offer our customers the choice of the following delivery methods:

In instances when the 1st Class delivery method is selected for orders over £200, these orders will automatically be upgraded to 1st Class Recorded Delivery (please note that this means someone will have to sign for them on delivery).

Unlike many ecommerce companies, we’re transparent about our shipping costs. We do not conceal the shipping costs that customers incur by including it in the price of our contact lenses, and we do not make money from our customers for shipping.

What if Uklenscare.com has dispatched my order and it has not arrived?

1st Class - The vast majority of Uklenscare.com packages sent via 1st Class arrive within 1-2 working days of dispatch. If your order has not arrived after 5 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail Sorting Office to see if the order has been returned to the depot as undelivered, as it may well be awaiting your collection.

If your order is not delivered to you or awaiting collection at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office after 5 working days we will raise a dispute with Royal Mail about the non-delivered order. Please rest assured that we will replace any non-delivered orders after investigations have been completed.

Sameday/Express - If your order was dispatched via the Sameday/Express courier service your items should arrive before 6:00pm that day. If, however, your order has not arrived by 6:00pm of the day advised and you have not received any communication informing you of a delay, please contact our customer services team via email at customercare@uklenscare.com as they will be able to assist you further.

Click & Collect - If you are unable to collect your order before 6pm or wish to have your order sent via Royal Mail First Class please contact our customer services team before 5:30pm via email at customercare@uklenscare.com as they will be able to assist you further.
